Description

A strategic look at how a successful analytics implementation needs to be approached to ensure that the system provides the business with usable data from go live. This module will cover how the building blocks of an implementation, data layer / tagging / tag management and analytics systems, need to be coordinated, planned and tested. The module will also cover a suggested approach for how business requirements can be translated into a technical solution.

Outcomes:

• An understanding of all the elements that need to be put in place for a successful analytics system implementation
• An understanding of the different resources required for each stage of the project plus a view of the level of commitment needed from these resources
• An understanding of how to test that the implementation (and future development) is correct
