Steve Carrod
Co-Owner & Managing Director
Steve has been working in the Digital Analytics industry since 2005 and CRO/Personalisation since 2008. His experience has been gathered via a number of roles spanning agencies and client-direct both in the UK and in the US before establishing DMPG.
DMPG was set up to be the gold standard for Analytics, TMS, CRO & Personalisation services. Steve’s main focus is on providing strategic advice and guidance to clients and ensuring all projects are delivered to the highest level.
Tom Marianczak
Co-Owner & Head of Technical Services
With his wealth of experience across technology and engineering, Tom spearheads our technical capabilities. Tom has been involved in web technology since 2003 and has specialised in digital analytics and CRO & personalisation for most of that time.
Tom has worked with many of the leading digital analytics products including the Adobe Experience Cloud, Google Marketing Platform, Tealium and others giving him the knowledge and experience of how to adapt technology and overcome challenges to meet our clients’ needs.
In 2019, Tom was 1 of 10 experts that created the Adobe Target Technical Architect exam on behalf of Adobe, a testament to his world-leading knowledge in Adobe Target.

James Wawne
Managing Director & Principal Consultant (ANZ)
James has over 14 years of experience in consulting spanning the full spectrum of research methods, tools and techniques with a strong orientation towards data analytics, innovative technology, and digital transformation to drive profitable growth in client organisations.
With extensive experience of working with leading UK, US, and AU brands on projects across many sectors, James has become a specialist in quickly delivering value by providing highly impactful solutions and optimisation programs with a well-grounded understanding of the challenges and complexity organisations confront.
James works with client stakeholders at all levels across client organisations, agencies, and vendors, to fully understand client needs and to deliver impactful solutions ranging from high level strategy to low level technical problem solving.
Patrick Retallick
Head of Enablement Team (Adobe)
Patrick has spent the last 12 years extracting meaning from data. Starting with the minutiae of complex & abstract mathematical concepts, before zooming out to the immense datasets of FMCG, and then settling in for 7 fervent years in the ever-changing world of digital experience.
From here emerged our Head of Enablement Team, working restlessly to marry potential with practical; melding the breathtaking promise of today’s digital experience technology with always-complex realities.
Patrick is dedicated to the study of our clients’ commercial opportunity, and the adaptation of DMPG’s uniquely capable team to realise this.

Will Taplin
Head of Omni-Channel Solution Architecture
Will has over 10 years experience across most areas of Digital Marketing, Analytics and Testing with a particular focus on data driven activation. Working directly with our Adobe, Google and Tealium stack clients for over 8 years he has gained a detailed knowledge of their business, platforms and requirements making him an incredibly valuable member of the team.
Will’s commitment to delivering high-quality solutions to his clients is unsurpassed and his continued desire to further his knowledge across the industry is a testament to his dedication and work ethic.
Will now focuses his time on preparing and supporting our clients in their digital transformations to develop their audience and journey orchestration strategies and optimising their use of Customer Data Platforms and other supporting technologies.
Alex Peckham
Head of Enablement Engineering Team
Alex joined DMPG in 2017, and quickly grew his analytics experience by working closely with our clients before moving into an account management position. But it was designing and maintaining their data layers that awoke the true techie instincts within him!
Having transitioned into the role of a tagging engineer, which afforded him daily experience with all the major TMS platforms including GTM, Tealium iQ, Adobe Launch, and Ensighten, he then took on a lead role designing and implementing analytics solutions across the Adobe and Google stacks.
Nowadays Alex heads-up our fine team of engineering experts, but still loves to get stuck-in whenever he can. Recently he’s undertaken projects in server-side tagging and CDP configurations using the likes of Tealium AudienceStream and Adobe Experience Platform. This has enabled him to hone a new backend skillset, including the development of Node and Python microservices using AWS Lambda, amongst other cloud platforms.
Rebecca Stringer
Head of Enablement Team (Google)
Rebecca has been working in Digital Analytics since 2005. Working both client and agency side at senior levels; she has a wealth of experience across all major industries including Retail, Publishing, Telecomms & Entertainment, both B2B & B2C. Historically focussing on Adobe and more recently on Google.
Rebecca is infectiously passionate about what she does and now leads on delivery across our Google Stack Clients (GA, GTM, Optimize).
Rebecca is a keen runner and is our representative of the ‘Midlands’…Apparently, the Midlands is not ‘Up North’.
Graham Newell
Global Head of Sales & Partnerships
Graham has over 10 years of experience working with clients across Europe in Analytics, Testing and the activation of data. The largest portion of his professional career has been with Adobe. From a consultant for Analytics, Target & AAM, Graham then focussed on the sales side of consulting as a Solution Architect with Adobe, creating the overall projects for new and existing clients to solve problems and provide solutions to delivering new technologies and provide support on delivering KPIs for EMEA and the Middle East clients.
Graham now works on new opportunities for DMPG by shaping the support and experience of projects for potential clients and with our technology partners to grow the footprint and support DMPG can offer directly into their sales process.

Matt Grogan
Client Enablement Director
Matt has nearly 7 years consultancy-side experience at the intersection of Marketing, Analytics and Tech.
He has worked with businesses of all sizes across all major industries including Retail, Entertainment, Publishing, Travel, Financial Services and Energy. He has been lucky enough to consult in the UK, Germany and the US.
Matt is an Adobe Analytics specialist but holds his own in most other web analytics platforms and marketing tools. He also makes okay PowerPoint slides…
Joanne White
Senior Client Enablement Lead
Joanne has over seven years of consultancy experience with a strong focus on CRO and personalisation. She draws on her expert knowledge of Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target to provide actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights. She is experienced in the end-to-end CRO process, from data analysis to testing execution, insight and iteration.
Prior to joining DMPG, Joanne has worked with a wide variety of clients across a range of verticals, including Financial Services, Retail, Publishing and Travel.
Federica Cinosi
Senior Client Enablement Lead
Federica is a Digital Enablement Lead at DMPG. She has over 16 years of experience in digital marketing, specialising in web analytics and optimisation, with extensive experience working with Adobe Analytics. Federica is passionate about integrating technical skills, marketing knowledge and the ability to build solid professional relationships in order to offer the best and most effective client support. Prior to joining DMPG, Federica has worked in-house for well-known brands such as Nestlé Nespresso and Expedia, before moving to the agency/consultancy world in 2017.
Federica holds a MSc in Psychology and is also a certified Nutrition Coach; she is a strong advocate of mental health and wellbeing at work. Originally from Italy, Federica is fluent in both English and Italian, and also speaks French.
Camilla Worner-Gibson
Senior Client Enablement Lead
Camilla has spent the last six years gaining experience working in digital, and digital analytics, working in analytics functions across digital trading, insight and customer science. Her grounding in a large fast fashion retailer was supplemented by time working in luxury and premium e-commerce, and insurance. This background has developed her knowledge and ability to provide data-driven, commercial insights, driving forward site and CRO development, and helping businesses understand their digital customer at an in depth level.
Having worked client-side with DMPG, the extensive knowledge and friendliness of the team was exactly what she was looking for, and she joined the team to take advantage of this, and develop into a triple Analytics, CRO and Implementation threat.
Manon De Prez
Client Enablement Lead
Manon has over 4 years of experience in digital analytics in the telecom industry, with a focus on Adobe Analytics implementation, insights and AB testing. Before finding her calling in digital analytics, Manon has always worked with data and having originally studied Criminology, Manon loves a good mystery and loves finding the needle in the haystack.
She recently moved back to the UK after 4 years in Canada but Manon is originally from Belgium and is fluent in Dutch and English.
Lotta Lindstrand
Senior Client Enablement Lead
Lotta is an experienced account lead who enjoys the fast pace of consultancy-side. She has worked across both Google and Adobe when delivering an end-to-end CRO process and enjoys working with clients to uncover key barriers and action solutions.
She has a keen interest in qualitative data and finds it very satisfying when overlaying the rich insights you can uncover with qualitative tools.
Lydia Atwood

Lydia has over 7 years experience in digital analytics and insights. Coming from a media agency background, she has a breadth of knowledge across the Google Stack (GTM, Looker, GA) working across a range of industries including food, publishing, financial services and tourism. Lydia is dedicated to helping clients meet their analytics objectives by delivering analytics solutions from tag management to actionable insights.

Isla Baxter
Junior Enablement Specialist
Isla has an honours degree in Fashion Management and has spent the last 5 years working for a variety of large fashion brands from visual merchandising to retail management to ecommerce. Isla was immersed into the world of ecommerce in the last year or so but she instantly knew it was where she fitted best with her creative yet analytical mindset.
Isla is originally from Scotland, predominantly the bonnie highlands. Isla visits family and friends back up there often but now has settled firm roots in Cheshire. It has just the right measure of great communications within easy reach, yet still has stunning scenery to walk her dog in the wee bit warmer weather.
Kirsty Mitchell
Client Enablement Lead
Kirsty’s broader marketing knowledge brings a unique perspective to the team. Starting in copywriting, she pursued an SEO opportunity and discovered Google Analytics some 5+ years ago.Kirsty has since supported in through-the-line initiatives, MarTech integration projects, streamlined reporting, GTM setups and cross-brand data activations based on business objectives. This and Kirsty’s passion for purposeful data helps steer client’s toward impactful, comprehensive solutions.
Joss Hickey
Technical Team Lead ANZ
Joss joins DMPG from the land down under, where he has already reached legendary status for his no-nonsense straight-talking approach to all things CRO and analytics. Combining over 7 years experience in the Adobe stack, particularly in the domains of TMS, Target and Analytics, he regularly blows clients’ minds with his technical ability and strong solution design skills.
You may be thinking that the jack of all trades but master of none phrase applies here but in this instance, the phrase couldn’t be further from the truth, his hardcore dedication and unrelenting thirst to implement best practice solutions with cutting edge technology is second to none.
Catalina Stingaciu
Senior Enablement Specialist
Catalina is a highly competent and enthusiastic member of the team that focusses on Google Analytics and Optimize. Her ability to deliver quality work for her clients quickly is one of her main strengths.
Originally from Romania, Catalina is fluent in both Romanian and English.
Calvin Lennox
Enablement Engineer
Calvin developed a keen interest in programming during his postgraduate degree in Sound Engineering and Design. Calvin went on to join a large analytics agency with a focus on front-end development and CRO personalisation, working for several large clients including Danone, Nestle and Boots.
Working with both Adobe Target and Google Optimize, he strives to produce effective and efficient CRO experiments utilising his technical and creative background.
Calvin is originally from South Africa and when he isn’t programming, you might catch him playing guitar with his band.

Enablement Specialist
Mihaela joins us to support our Adobe services including Analytics and Target. With experience in core analyst tasks, she brings an excellent level of competency to the role.
Originally from Romania, Mihaela is fluent in Romanian and English.
Tiago Almeida
Enablement Specialist
Tiago has several years of experience focusing on digital data, CRO and site performance insights and has expert knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Optimize and other tools, which makes me capable of deriving actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights to boost businesses online performances.
Originally from Portugal, Tiago I’m fluent in both English and Portuguese.
Yash Amrit Roy
Enablement Specialist
Yash has 6 years of experience in the digital marketing field mainly focussed around Adobe Analytics and TMS such as Adobe Launch, DTM, Ensighten and Tealium.
The largest portion of his professional career has been with Adobe while working on projects for Fortune 500 companies.
Prior to joining DMPG, Yash had consultancy experience with clients across APAC and EMEA wherein he helped in solving business problems and delivering solutions across a wide range of industries including financial services, retail and travel.
Csenge Polgar
Enablement Specialist
Csenge has a degree in Business Economics and initially gained her experience via a digital agency where she worked with the US Department of States, ThermoFisher and Flexport. Csenge also has experience working at a large UK retail bank as a Digital Analytics Manager.
Csenge is passionate about analysing customer behaviour on digital channels to improve the customer experience and has a natural curiosity and affinity for numbers. Csenge is originally from Budapest but has been based in Scotland since she finished high school.
Maxwell Garrett-Bird
Enablement Engineer
Max embarked on his journey in 2009, studying Software Engineering at the University of Queensland, Australia. However, he soon realized that the traditional university path wasn’t aligned with his aspirations. Making a bold decision, Max took a ten-year ‘gap year’ to explore his other passions of menswear and music. During this time, he immersed himself in the world of fashion, refining his skills and gaining hands-on experience.
With a fresh perspective and a diverse skill set, Max reentered the digital landscape. He began his career in Ecommerce, leveraging his knowledge and understanding of technology to contribute to the thriving online marketplace. As he continued to evolve, Max shifted his focus towards front-end development, honing his abilities to create compelling user experiences. He then ventured into Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), drawing upon his experience with various CRO platforms to help businesses optimize their digital presence. Max’s extensive background in different domains positions him as a versatile professional capable of delivering impactful results.
Mike Grenfell

Mike brings a breath of knowledge, having worked with digital experience solutions since 2012. His skill set spans Digital Analytics, Conversion Rate Optimisation and Campaign Management and includes competency in numerous Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, as well as Google Analytics and Tealium AudienceStream CDP. Mike has over 8 years experience in the Financial Services industry, covering insurance, financial product aggregation and banking.
Mike is passionate about all things digital, and has been commercially focussed and keen to deliver optimal customer experiences since his education in Marketing at Cardiff University. Originally from Wales, Mike is an avid supporter of their national teams, and is currently enjoying an outdoor lifestyle in the South West.

Rachel brings over 7 years of expertise in Digital Marketing to her role at DMPG. With her diverse agency background, she is equipped with a breadth of expertise spanning analytics, media activation, optimisation, and martech solutions. She has previously worked with global businesses across multiple industries including Automotive, FMCG, IT, and Telecom.
Armed with her innate rigour and solution-oriented approach, she finds joy in crafting innovative cross-channel strategies that drive impactful and measurable value for clients.
Luke Potts
Enablement Engineer
Luke has been working in the Digital Analytics industry at agency level since 2015 working with companies such as Sainsbury’s Bank, British Gas and El Al Airlines.
Luke’s main area of expertise is TMS implementation and has worked on many projects in Launch, GTM and Tealium, but he also brings a wealth of knowledge when it comes to Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target and web development in general.
Luke is from Cardiff, Wales and studied Biology at university, but found his true calling when he later started learning web development.

Sushant has over 14 years of overall work experience, including nine years in Digital Marketing.
Sushant has worked across domains like Petroleum, Doctors, Retail, Banking, and Travel. As well as helping clients across different domains and geographies to meet their goals by understanding their requirements, designing and implementing a solution, and handholding the client through deployment.
Sushant has around seven years of experience in a service-based organization with expertise in Adobe Campaign (Neolane) Management with hands-on experience in Campaign Management, Digital Marketing, Real-time marketing, Planning and Execution of Online Products & Services worked for the client like British Petroleum, Shell, Novo Nordisk, Adobe, Tiffany, Leading Insurance Company.

Magda is a front-end developer who works with Adobe Target, Optimizely, Monetate and VWO. She creates A/B & MVT experiments, personalisation campaigns, recommendations and brings with her a wealth of technical knowledge across the board which our clients can benefit from.

Aritra Bhattacharyya
Senior Enablement Engineer
Aritra has over 6 years of professional experience, focussed around UI development and conversion rate optimisation. Prior to joining DMPG Aritra has worked with clients like Dyson, The Telegraph UK, Barclays, DBS, and Costa, helping them realise their digital marketing goals by architecting and implementing A/B tests, personalisation campaigns, and user-based recommendations in Adobe Target.
In the past, Aritra has worked on front-end and native mobile application development as a freelancer. He is originally from India and is fluent in both Bengali and English.

Fernando is a seasoned technical pro with experience across Adobe, Google, Tealium and Oracle (BlueKai). His addition to the team expands our expert knowledge through to DMPs and CDPs.

Anass joined DMPG as an experienced and highly skilled professional in campaign management and digital marketing with expertise in Adobe Campaign.
With a functional and technical senior consultant role for over 10 successful multichannel Adobe Campaign Standard and Classic end to end implementations.
Anass has a problem solver mindset with good attention to detail.
Anass is keen to fully understand client needs and is able to extend the tool capabilities to provide tailored automated solutions.

As a former Research Analyst, Magda has brought to the DMPG team her analytical skills joined with experience as a freelance web developer. With her knowledge of CRO and technical skills, she supports our clients by finding the best solutions for their needs and building A/B and MVT tests in Adobe Target and Google Optimize.

Junior Enablement Engineer
Alin is Fluent in Romanian & English language. With 2 years experience from a previous role including designing websites and emails. Alin is experienced with PHP backend and JavaScript, Alin is also experienced in designing emails for Adobe Campaign. He has been working closely with clients as well as working within an agency background.
Nastasja (Anna) Jovicic
Enablement Engineer
Over six years of experience working with Google Tag Management systems and implementing analytics solutions. Since 2015, Anna has been involved in various projects related to web analytics, including tracking implementation, data analysis, and reporting. Anna has a deep understanding of how to use Google Tag Manager to track user behaviour and create custom tags that can capture specific events or actions on a website.
Anna has been passionate about helping businesses leverage analytics to gain insights into their customer behaviour and drive business growth. With Anna’s expertise in implementing analytics solutions, she has had the opportunity to assist companies of all sizes and across various industries worldwide in integrating analytics the right way. With her engineering background, this was not an issue.
Before joining DMPG, Anna worked in Customer Success, where she has helped clients analyse their tracking and create solutions for generating more leads. In this role, Anna collaborated with clients to understand their unique business requirements and objectives, and provided guidance on how to use web analytics to achieve their goals. Anna was responsible for managing multiple client accounts and ensuring that they received the highest level of service.
Throughout Anna’s career, Anna has demonstrated a strong aptitude for problem-solving and a passion for driving business results through data analysis.

Gosia Matyjanka
Senior Enablement Engineer
Gosia is a JavaScript developer with several years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimisation and in React development. She has broad CRO and TMS knowledge, she’s worked with many platforms like Adobe Target, Google Optimise, Optimizely, VWO, DY, Maxymiser and Sitecore Boxever, GTM and Tealium. Originally from Poland, in love with Slovenia. Gosia is bilingual in Polish and English and a beginner in Slovenian.

Olga Synelnyk
UX & UI Designer
Olga specialises in User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design, with 8+ years of professional work experience. A full-stack designer: do all types of design assignments, from documentation and research, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to final UI designing, A/B testing, visual style guides, and all types of applications: mobile and web design solutions. Olga follows the project from start to end and provides design work on each step. She has solid basics of marketing, front-end, and deep knowledge about users’ behavior and thinking.

Arti has over 5 years experience in generalist HR, and has worked in many different industries from retail, manufacturing, corporate and professional. She has joined us to develop the HR services and provide a wide range of HR advice and support to the business.
Arti holds a CIPD Level 5 qualification and is fluent in English and Gujarati.
