Joanne has over seven years of consultancy experience with a strong focus on CRO and personalisation. She draws on her expert knowledge of Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target to provide actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights. She is experienced in the end-to-end CRO process, from data analysis to testing execution, insight and iteration. Prior to joining DMPG, Joanne has worked with a wide variety of clients across a range of verticals, including Financial Services, Retail, Publishing and Travel.
