With his wealth of experience across technology and engineering, Tom spearheads our technical capabilities. Tom has been involved in web technology since 2003 and has specialised in digital analytics and CRO & personalisation for most of that time. Tom has worked with many of the leading digital analytics products including the Adobe Experience Cloud, Google Marketing Platform, Tealium and others giving him the knowledge and experience of how to adapt technology and overcome challenges to meet our clients’ needs. In 2019, Tom was 1 of 10 experts that created the Adobe Target Technical Architect exam on behalf of Adobe, a testament to his world-leading knowledge in Adobe Target.
